July 20, 2012
Stamford Advocate: The city [of Stamford] has served Harbor Point developer Building and Land Technology with a cease-and-desist order over its failure to submit plans to replace a boatyard at a South End waterfront property.
The 9-page document was handed to a sheriff, who was to have delivered it to the company’s offices at 100 Washington Blvd. on Monday afternoon, according to Joseph Capalbo, the city’s director of legal affairs.
