Rigged with a Yamaha F250XA outboard, the Tidewater 23 will cruise at 25 mph at 3500 rpm, burning 6.9 gph and getting 3.62 mpg. Wide-open throttle at 6050 rpm delivers a 48.7 mph top end while burning 23 gph.
