Truck & Trailer Roll into Bristol Harbor, RI A pickup truck was fully submerged Monday evening, July 10, after rolling into the harbor at the end of State Street while its owner was attempting to put his boat in the water. There were no injuries.

Michael Donohue, a Bristol shellfisherman, was attempting to drop his quahog skiff in the water at the State Street boat ramp about 6:00 p.m. Monday when the emergency brake failed and the truck rolled backwards into the water, along with the boat trailer. There was no one in the truck at the time.
