Vineyard Haven Waterfront Property for Sale

The 1.8-acre stretch of Vineyard Haven’s working waterfront occupied in part by the Gannon & Benjamin boatyard and the Martha’s Vineyard Times is up for sale. The property is being sold as four separate parcels for a total of $7.3 million, according to the Times.

The property is owned by the DeSorcy family, which used to run a paint company in Vineyard Haven, and is zoned for commercial operations.

According to the Times, Nat Benjamin, co-owner of Gannon & Benjamin, says he is encouraged by developments, especially since the property occupied by the boatyard will now be sold as an individual parcel.
