Volunteers Sought for North & South Rivers Clean-Up Day

The North-South Rivers Watershed Alliance’s 28th Annual River Clean-Up Day Will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015, from 10:00 to noon. A celebratory cookout will take place afterward at the Driftway in Scituate. During the clean-up, volunteers will head out by foot, truck or boat to remove trash and debris from the rivers, streams and marshes that make up the watershed. Gloves and bags are available for those who want to join a team.
