The New Hampshire Boat Museum will again offer its Boatbuilding Program this summer for adults and families.

Adult classes run from July 9 to July 17, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Participants can build either a canoe, a one-person kayak, a Bevin’s Skiff, a paddleboard or an Optimist sailing dinghy.

The Youth Program runs August 1 to August 12, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Boys or girls must be age 12 or older. In this class, participants can build a canoe, one-person kayak or Bevin’s Skiff.

Scholarships are available to build a canoe for students in the Youth Program. The scholarships are for youth who might not otherwise be able to participate due to financial considerations.
