3 Men Rescued From Capsized Boat Off Cape Cod

A group of fishermen were rescued from their capsized boat off Hyannis, Massachusetts late Monday night.

Philip Tran wrote in a Facebook post that he was going out squidding on Monday night when he came upon the three fishermen atop their capsized vessel.

Tran said he found the stranded boaters in rough seas about 45 minutes off of Hyannis.

“Went out squidding but God said you had other plans,” wrote Tran in his post. “Saved 3 boaters out in rough seas on our way squidding found them 45 mins out deep freezing about to die! Scary.”

The boaters were brought back to land and taken to be examined at Cape Cod Hospital.
