RING’S MARINE SERVICE(207) 865-6143: Mooring service and rental, engine work, sailboat rigging, as well as sea kayak, canoe and bike rentals.
Launch Ramp: The nearest and largest launch in the Freeport area can be found at Winslow Park & Campground. The ramp is paved and there is long-term parking on-site.
A small, unpaved ramp with limited short-term parking is located at the South Freeport town landing next to Harraseeket Lunch & Lobster.
A small put-in for kayaks, canoes and cartop boats can also be found on Burnett Road, where it crosses the Little River.
Anchorages: Because of the tidal currents and space limitations, anchoring is not recommended within the Harraseeket River. Contact the harbormaster for recommended anchorage areas outside the river.

Things To Do: PETTENGILL FARM(207) 865-3170: Preserved historic 18th century farm near Mast Landing. Tours can be arranged through the Freeport Historical Society.
WOLFE’S NECK STATE PARK(888) 514-7527: This 230-acre park features five miles of hiking trails that offer stunning views of Casco Bay, as well as opportunities to observe birds and other wildlife, including the osprey nests on Googins Island. There are no official landing sites along the park boundaries. Pet-friendly.
WINSLOW PARK & CAMPGROUND(207) 865-4198: Town-managed Park with waterfront and woodland campsites, as well as sites for large groups. Features hiking trails, a scenic overlook, a boat dock and ramp, and parking for trailer rigs. Reservations recommended. Pet-friendly.
