DiMillo’s Yacht Sales Acquires CT Location

Maine-based DiMillo’s Yacht Sales recently announced they’ve expanded by adding a new location in Connecticut.

Earlier this month, DiMillo’s Yacht Sales announced they’ve acquired the former Old Lyme Marina in Old Lyme, Connecticut. It is DiMillo’s eighth location.

Situated on the Connecticut River with direct access to Long Island Sound, Old Lyme is centrally located between Boston and New York, and it is roughly 10 nautical miles from Long Island’s North Fork.

The location will reportedly operate as a full-service DiMillo’s Yacht Sales facility, providing yacht sales, service, and marina amenities.

The property includes a travel lift, heated indoor and outdoor storage, and a full-time service team dedicated to yacht maintenance and repair. Additional marina features include a protected harbor, deep-water access, dockage for vessels up to 60 feet, moorings, and launch services.

“The Connecticut shoreline is filled with picturesque harbors and destinations, making it a natural complement to our existing locations,” said Sean O’Malley, President of DiMillo’s Yacht Sales. “This expansion also allows us to better serve clients who travel north and south with the seasons.”

Industry veteran Bob Jarrett joins the DiMillo’s Old Lyme team, representing new and pre-owned yachts, along with premier yacht brokerage services for both buyers and sellers.
