Launch, Parking Fees Expected to Increase in Rye, Hampton Harbors

The cost to park, launch, and store vessels in Rye Harbor and Hampton Harbor, New Hampshire, is likely to double starting this spring, pending approval of a Pease Development Authority (PDA) fee-increase initiative for the state’s marine facilities. If the initiative is approved, it would represent the first such fee hike in 20 years.

The combined additional annual revenue generated by the fee increase is estimated to be $141,213. A public comment period runs through Feb. 10.

The new fee structure would be as follows:

Daily parking (passenger vehicle): $10

Daily launch/park fee: $20

Daily bus parking: $50

Annual launch/park permit for vehicles w/ trailers: $300
