Boaters visiting the lovely village of Wickford, Rhode Island, would do well to set a course for Wickford on the Water at the head of the harbor across from the Wickford Town Landing. Boaters can tie up at the landing for up to three hours at no charge while they get a bite to eat.
Aside from terrific views of the water, Wickford on the Water serves lunch and dinner, as well as breakfast on the weekends. The breakfast menu is extensive, and includes a hash wrap, lobster bowls, BBQ short rib Benedict, and more. There’s even a breakfast cocktail selection.
The lunch and dinner menus include such appetizers as steamed mussels, loaded tater tots and clam cakes. Entrees include burgers, lobster mac and cheese, fish and chips, blackened cod, spicy sausage bolognese, and much more. The bar serves mixed drinks and a wide range of craft brews.
