Alton Bay Boat Show Coming Up August 9

Anyone who loves classic wooden boats (and who doesn’t?) will want to be in Alton Bay, New Hampshire this Saturday.

The New Hampshire Boat Museum is hosting its annual Alton Bay Boat Show on Saturday morning, August 9, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The show features classic wooden boats and early fiberglass vessels tied up at the Alton Town Docks.

Spectators will get the chance to stroll the town docks, admiring the beautifully-restored boats, and then cast their votes for their favorites.

Admission to the event is free.
