Lake Winnipesaukee may get all the fame, but New Hampshire is home to many exceptional lakes worth exploring by boat.
At the top of that list has to be Lake Winnisquam. Often overshadowed by its larger, louder neighbor, Lake Winnisquam offers boaters a more casual place to enjoy the clear, clean waters of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.
Here are five reasons you should plan a boating adventure to this beautiful New Hampshire lake.
Laconia Antique Center
Located just a short walk from the eastern shore of Lake Winnisquam, the Laconia Antique Center feels like visiting a museum. It is New Hampshire’s largest antiques store and features an incredible array of items from more than 150 dealers.
