Designed to keep large trolling motors powered all day, the Xantrex 36V Lithium-Ion Phosphate battery delivers up to 4,000 cycles compared to the 400-500 cycles typically provided by a traditional lead-acid or AGM battery. A Bluetooth connection to the Xantrex App provides the user with detailed information about the battery’s state of charge, voltage, and current. Dimensions are 13” by 6.8” by 9.4”.

Weighing in at 34 pounds, the battery uses UL1642-certified cells and is equipped with redundant safety features. Specifically designed to withstand the harsh marine environment, it offers exceptional power density and is available with a heating blanket if installed outside the cabin.

Xantrex Lithium-Ion Phosphate batteries self-discharge at 12.5% State of Charge (SOC) per month during regular use. After 10 consecutive days of inactivity, the battery switches to a low-power mode, reducing the self-discharge rate to 3% SOC per month. Any charge or discharge activity will reactivate the battery, resetting the 10-day counter. This extends the battery life during periods of non-use.
